Can I fill the Relax® Tritan water bottle with hot drink?

Yes. Relax® Tritan water bottle can withstand heat up to 80°C.

Can I put the Relax® Tritan water bottle in freezer?

Not recommended. When the liquid reaches the maximum freezing point, the liquid will tend to contract & transform into solid term. If the water bottle is left in the freezer for some time, the water bottle might deform or even crack.

How do I wash the Relax® Tritan water bottle for the first time & every time?

Fill the bottle with soapy water & clean it with a soft brush. Rinse with running water & drain it downwards. Repeat the cleaning process a few times to ensure the bottle is fully cleaned.

Do not use hard brush or abrasive cleaners as they might cause scratches on the inner/outer wall of the product.

Do not clean with the cleansers containing bleach, chlorine or harsh chemicals.

Is the Relax® Tritan water bottle odour-free?

Yes, it is odour-free. If you found any unusual odour after use, you can rinse the water bottle with neutral detergent or soap, drain the water bottle and allow the bottle to air dry.

Can I sterilize Relax® Tritan water bottle?

Yes. But we do not recommend to put Relax® Tritan water bottle into sterilizer as the material used to produce the bottle can only withstand heat up to 90°C.

How often do I need to change the water bottle?

Replace your water bottle when there are scratches on the inner surface of the bottle or when it becomes cloudy, discolored or cracked.
